CIP 25-21 CRITE PARK IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 3 PWD CONSTRUCTION

The City of Boston, acting through its Chief of Streets, invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids. Bid documents may be obtained online via the City of Boston Supplier Portal (procurement.boston.gov) under Event ID EV00016603 commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025. Install metal pergola shade panels as shown on the plans. Install high steel picket fencing and/or garden rail where shown and/or as directed. Install site irrigation and connect to landscaping beds and planters as shown on plans. Install plantings and trees as shown and/or as directed.

MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the classes  of work as Landscaping Including Tree Planting for the project with an estimated value of $356,231.00 will be required. A contractor that is not prequalified for the value above but wants to bid a project must submit a waiver request to MassDOT at least 2 weeks prior to the project’s bid opening date.

Every Sealed bid shall be submitted in accordance with the invitation for bids and shall be filed no later than Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 11:00AM via the online Supplier Portal.

Sealed bids shall be opened read aloud through a virtual meeting (meet.google.com/qna-tsmw-rkb) by the Official, Public Works on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 1:15PM.
