VENDOR COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR SAIL BOSTON EVENT

The City of Boston, acting by the Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion, One City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above. 

 

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: RFP: Vendor Coordination and Management Services for Sail Boston Event 

Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, December 5, 2025, and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, October 20, 2025, after 10:00 A.M., Boston time.
