CIVIC & CULTURAL INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING FRAMEWORK

The City of Boston, acting by the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture, Room 802, 1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA, 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above. 

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: RFP - Civic and Cultural Infrastructure Framework.

Quotes shall be submitted before 3:30 P.M., Boston time, Monday, January 12th, 2026 and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, October 27, 2025 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time
