TECHNICAL PROCUREMENT STANDARDS

The City of Boston, acting by the Department of Innovation and Technology, 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 703, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites responses from current, past, or prospective City vendors to the Request for Information listed above.

 

Vendors can submit their responses through the Google form that is linked in the Request for Information document, which is available on the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

Please note that this event is not a procurement and is no contract will be awarded from this event. A vendor’s response (or lack thereof) will have no impact on their evaluation in any future procurement conducted by the City of Boston. Vendors’ responses will be subject to the Public Records Law (MGL Ch. 66, Sec. 10), and vendors are advised not to include any materials they are not comfortable being released publicly in their responses.

Responses shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, September 15th, 2025.

The Request for Information will be available in the Supplier Portal Monday, August 25, 2025 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time
