SUSTAINABLE URBAN LOGISTICS PLAN

The City of Boston, acting by the Transportation Department, 1 City Hall Square, Room 721, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites written sealed proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All services for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Sustainable Urban Logistics Plan.

Proposals are due by 12:00 PM EST, Monday, November 24, 2025, and opened forthwith.

The RFP will be available on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST.
