PMD – RELOCATION OF CITY OF BOSTON OFFICE SPACES

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.  

M.G.L. c. 149, sections 44A-44J

The scope of work includes Relocation of nine (9) City of Boston offices located at four locations to 26 Court Street, Boston.  The moving services will commence mid-November 2025. Moving will include technology and associated accessories (i.e. monitors), furniture, printer/ copiers, water bubblers, file boxes, kitchen equipment, and other office supplies as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about September 8, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at procurement.boston.gov Event ID EV00016449 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All prospective bidders will meet at Boston City Hall, 8th floor Room 811.

Deadline for questions: September 29, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on October 7, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 Every General Bid shall be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, or cash, or a certified, treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the City of Boston.
