PMD – REMOVE AND INSTALL NEW FLOORING AT BCYF CENTRAL OFFICE

The scope of work including removal of existing carpet, VCT and rubber wall base and install new VCT flooring and rubber wall base at the common areas of the 3rd and 4th floors of BCYF Central located at 1483 Tremont St., Roxbury as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about August 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at https://procurement.boston.gov/psupplierportal Event ID EV00016340 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All prospective bidders will meet at the BCYF Central Office located at 1483 Tremont Street, Roxbury, MA.

Deadline for questions: August 18, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. on August 27, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
