MANAGED PRINTING SERVICES AND MULTIFUNCTION DEVICES

The City of Boston, acting by and through the Boston Public Schools (BPS), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding Managed Printing Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of printers, printer consumables, technical support, and customer service.

Responses will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All submissions are subject to applicable provisions of law and must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFI documents.

Responses must be submitted electronically through the Supplier Portal before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, June 10, 2025

The RFI document will be available for download on or about Tuesday, May 27, 2025, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.

Please Note: This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes to help BPS understand

market options. No contract will be awarded as a result of this request.
