Parking System Upgrade

Boston is upgrading its parking enforcement and permitting systems. During the transition period from June 27 to June 30, brief service interruptions may occur as we migrate to the new platform. No late fees will be assessed during this outage.

2026 COPLEY SQUARE WINTER ACTIVATION RFP

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for the performance of the services generally described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents. The Documents shall be available at the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118, on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. The proposal is also available on the City of Boston website:

This contract is procured under the provision of Chapter 30b section 16 of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Completed documents must be submitted as follows: One (1) signed original and Two (2) copies of the Non-Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope(s) labeled “2026 Copley Square Winter Activation RFP- Non-Price Proposal”.  One (1) signed original of the Price Proposal must be submitted in a separate envelope labeled “2026 Copley Square Winter Activation RFP – Price Proposal”.  Both the Non-Price Proposal and the Price Proposal must be submitted no later than 12pm on Monday, July 7, 2025
