PMD – LOCKSMITH SYSTEMS

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

M.G.L. c. 149, sections 44A-44J

 

 

The scope of work includes Locksmith Services on an as needed basis at various locations managed by the Property Management Department as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about May 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at (boston.gov/procurement) Event ID EV00016046 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Deadline for questions: May 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 2:00 p.m. (two o'clock) on June 10, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
