SPATIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a citywide asset management program built on a unified geospatial environment that captures and manages infrastructure asset data across multiple programs. Through this contract, the City seeks to build geospatial layers through a city-owned instance of Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., (ESRI) ARC GIS.

 The City aims to build layers and a dashboard to inventory physical assets and facilitate the collection, analysis, and reporting of asset condition data on an annual basis. This program will support strategic decision-making, help prioritize investments, and enable transparent communication with stakeholders and the public.

Proposals will be solicited through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

Contract Documents will be available through the Supplier Portal on or about: 9:00am on 

Monday, August 11, 2025.

Submit Questions via email to StreetsContracts@boston.gov by: 500 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Proposals shall be submitted via the Supplier Portal before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
