PMD – POOL REPAIRS AND AQUATICS SERVICES

The scope of work includes the routine and as-needed maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of pool and aquatics systems and equipment at various BCYF locations, as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about May 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at procurement.boston.gov/supplierportal Event ID EV00015994 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Deadline for questions: May 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. on June 10, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid. Payment bond needed and any additional bonds as per the Bond requirements in the IFB.
