ROADWAY PATCH & TRENCH RESURFACING & REPAIR ON VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE CITY OF BOSTON

Bid documents may be obtained at Room 714 (Contract Office), City Hall, Boston Mass., commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025. There will be a charge of five dollars ($5) NOT REFUNDABLE, for each set of contract documents taken out. The bid book will also be available on the City of Boston Supplier portal under EV00015985 ROADWAY PATCH & TRENCH RESURFACING & REPAIRS. 

There is no MassDOT pre-qualification required for this project. 

Every Sealed bid shall be submitted in accordance with the invitation for bids and shall be filed no later than Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 11:00 am at the office of the Official, Public Works Room 714, Boston City Hall. All bids must be bidders of record (those who have purchased contract documents) on file at Room 714, Boston City Hall or accepted the documents on the Supplier Portal. 

Sealed bids shall be opened read aloud through a virtual meeting by the Official, Public Works on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Boston City Hall, Boston, MA in Room 714. Interested parties will be able to view the event live through a link provided by Public Works, upon receiving your bid packet.
