RBT OWNER’S AGENT SERVICES

The City of Boston, acting by the Environment Department, 1 City Hall Square, Room 709, Boston,

MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above. The Renew Boston Trust (RBT) Owner’s Agent (“Owner’s Agent”) will provide engineering and consulting services to the City of Boston to support its Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) program. The Owner’s Agent will provide the following necessary services and support:

 

  • Energy Audit Review
  • Design and Construction Support
  • Annual Measurement and Verification
  • Solar Design and PPA Support

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: RBT Owner’s Agent Services.

Proposals may be submitted as early as Monday, May 12, 2025, but shall be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, June 6, 2025, and opened forthwith.
