RFP GARDEN SERVICES AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR BOSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Boston Public Schools, acting through its Office of Facilities Management, Planning & Engineering Department at 1216 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester, MA 02125 is soliciting proposals seeks qualified Contractors for garden services and educational support (“garden-based education”) necessary for the forty-five (45) school garden programs listed below. The term of the contract will be July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2028.

Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) containing requirements, selection criteria, and other relevant information will be available from the City’s purchasing website (boston.gov/procurement, click on “Go to Supplier Portal”) under Event ID EV00015935 from May 5, 2025 until the proposed deadline.

All proposals must be submitted via the supplier portal before noon on May 21, 2025. Please submit your questions via email to bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.
