The City of Boston, acting by the Mayor’s Office of Arts & Culture, 802, Boston City Hall, 1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites Requests for Proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: 290 North Beacon - Music Rehearsal End User Engagement Consultants

. Proposals shall be submitted before 3:30 P.M., Boston time, Friday, June 20th, 2025, and opened forthwith.

Brief, scope of services and deliverables will be available on or about Monday, May 19th, 2025, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
