FOR THE LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE AT 1010 MASSACHUSETTS AVE
The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its Commissioner ("The Official"), is seeking proposals from vendors interested in long-term operations within the 1010 Massachusetts Building as an Office space business. Additionally, proposals for commercial, cultural, educational, storage, or those with a mixed-use, will also be considered. This will highlight Boston’s all-inclusive approach while also acknowledging the vibrant culture and history within the Roxbury neighborhood, as particularly outlined in the Request for Proposals.
The request for proposals (RFP) package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00014788 or at 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 11, 2024, until the proposal filing deadline.
The City has arranged a site visit on November 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., for interested business owners to visit the site and visually inspect the area to be leased and operated.
Proposals can be filed electronically on or before 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 12, 2024 on the above-mentioned site. All hard copy proposals can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 12, 2024.
