Revenue Contract: Bluebikes Advertising Services

The City of Boston (City), acting by and through its Deputy Chief of Streets for Transportation, who serves as the Boston Transportation Department (BTD) Commissioner, invites electronic bids for the services generally described above, and particularly as set forth in these Bid Documents (Documents).

The IFB shall be available from 9:00 am on Monday, October 14th, 2024 from the City's Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal (Bid Event EV00014523). This contract is being procured under the provisions of Chapter 30B §5.

Proposals are due no later than eleven (11:00 am) on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, via Boston's Supplier Portal, or by email. Refer to Section 4.0 of the IFB for complete information on the submission process and details.

The award of a contract under this IFB shall be based upon a determination of the highest fixed fee total from a responsible and responsive vendor. The term of the licenses shall be for approximately thirty-six (36) months starting on or about January 1st, 2024, and ending on or about December 31st, 2026.
