Equipment Rental for Annual Fundraiser

This contract is procured under the provision of Ch. 30B

The RFP will be available on the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal at https://www.boston.gov/procurement on or after 9:00AM on Monday, March 11, 2024.

All sealed proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the documents. The completed document package must be submitted as follows: One (1) signed original and two (2) copies of the Proposal must be submitted in an envelope labeled;

Equipment Rental: Tents, Tables, Chairs for Annual Fundraiser on June 27, 2024, RFP.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118
