The City of Boston, acting by its commissioner, invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for bids.

Bid package may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplier portal and searching for Event ID EV00013138, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023

A Mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Every Sealed bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and shall be filed not later than Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. via the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplier portal. 

Sealed bids shall be opened electronically and read aloud by the Official through a virtual meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Boston City Hall, Boston, MA in Room 714.

This procurement is being released as part of the City of Boston’s Sheltered Market Program. Only

businesses certified as M/WBE by either the City of Boston or the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity

Office will be eligible to bid. Due to the industry of the work and the proven disparities for that

industry, this procurement will be open to black, Latino or Asian owned businesses. 3 responsive

and responsible submissions from eligible businesses are required to award this contract under the

Sheltered Market Program. Full procedures and the designation letter are attached to the
