Title III: Fiscal Agent

The Boston Public Schools is currently seeking a vendor to fulfill our obligation under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), which contains provisions to provide assistance to students attending non-public schools. Specifically, we need a third-party vendor who can ensure the sustained fiscal integrity and accountability of expenditures for Title III (Support for English Language Learners) and other grant funds, in accordance with Boston Public School policies.

 

Proposals will be submitted through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal:

https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement 

The RFP will be available on the City’s procurement website and Supplier Portal on or after Monday, 10/16/2023, after 12:00 P.M. Boston time and will remain available until the date and time of the opening of proposals.

Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, 10/30/2023, and open forthwith following State and City procurement practices.

If submitting via paper, price and technical proposals shall be submitted separately in sealed, clearly labeled envelopes on or before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, 10/30/2023, to Zachary Redman, Procurement Partner, Business Services, Finance Department, 4th Floor, Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston MA 02119. Failure to submit separate sealed price and technical proposals shall disqualify the entire proposal.
