Real Property for Lease

The City of Boston acting by its Boston Police Department through its Police Commissioner (the Official), Contracts Unit, 3rd Floor, One Schroeder Plaza, Boston, MA 02120, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed proposals from interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for the lease of approximately 1,200 square feet of usable office space in the Boston are with parking for at least 10 vehicles, particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

The term of the resulting contract will be effective for three years with an option to new for 3 years.

The RFP may be obtained on or after October, 17, 2022 from the City’s purchasing website https://boston.gov/procurement (click on Supplier Portal) under EV00011378 or by e-mail to BPDcontracts@pd.boston.gov

All proposals shall be filed no later than 3:00 pm EST Friday, November 18, 2022. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately according to the RFP directions. 

The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents.
