Audit Services

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Audit Services

SCOPE OF WORK includes: Audit services for the Trustees of the Public Library of the City of Boston for a total of 3 consecutive fiscal years, starting with FY22.

Proposals shall be submitted before 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, April 6, 2022 and opened and evaluated accordingly. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all proposals, if it be in the Public Interest to do so.  

Once proposals are evaluated, selected candidates will be interviewed by the Trustees Finance & Audit Committee in April at a date and format (zoom or in person) that is currently TBD.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about Monday, March 7, 2022 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
