BPS Performance Management

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Boston Public Schools (BPS) Superintendent, requests proposals for External Fiscal Agent for Boston Public Autonomous Schools, as mainly outlined in the Request for Proposals.

The RFP will be available on the City’s procurement website and Supplier Portal via boston.gov/procurement, on or after 12:00 P.M, Boston local time, on September 27, 2021.

The RFP will remain available until the date and time of the opening of proposals, on October 11, 2021, at 12:00 PM, Boston local time.

The attention of all proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents, specifically to the requirements for insurance as may be applicable.

Offerors have the option of submitting proposals through either (i) the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal boston.gov/procurement (EVENT ID: EV00009753) or (ii) by delivery of two (2) separate sealed envelopes, one containing the Technical Proposal and one (1) electronic copy (thumb drive), labeled as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL,” and the other containing the Price Proposal and one (1) electronic copy (thumb drive), labeled as “PRICE PROPOSAL.”  Under no circumstance shall any price information be included with a Technical Proposal. 

If submitting via paper, price and technical proposals shall be submitted separately in sealed, clearly labeled envelopes on or before October 11, 2021, at 12:00 PM, Boston local time, to: Naveen Reddy, Business Manager, Business Services, Finance Department, 4th Floor, Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston MA 02119

Failure to submit separate sealed price and technical proposals shall result in disqualification of the entire proposal.

The term of the contract shall be for three year from when the Contract gets signed.
