The City of Boston (“the City”), acting by its Chief Financial Officer and Collector-Treasurer (“the Official”), requests proposals from qualified vendors which can provide packaged software designed to support HR services delivery as well as provide support services.  The service management software must support an employee portal, HR case management, and HR knowledge management (as in a searchable repository for HR artifacts).  It must also allow for workflow development as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained by contacting Joanne Wisniewski at 617-635-1453 or by email at joanne.wisniewski@boston.gov or the City’s procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00008567. Requests for Proposals shall be available on Monday, October 26, 2020 at 9:00 am until the proposal filing deadline. 

 

Every proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the directions in the Request for Proposals.  All proposals shall be filed no later than Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 4:00 pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

The attention of all proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents.

 

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award a contract as the Official deems to be in the best interests of the City.  This contract shall be subject to the availability of an appropriation therefore.  If sufficient funds are not appropriated for the contract in any fiscal year, the Official shall cancel the contract.  The maximum time for proposal acceptance by the City after the opening of proposals shall be one hundred twenty (120) days.  The award of this contract shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor of Boston.
