2027 HISTORIC CEMETERY TOURS RFP

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: 2027 Historic Cemetery Tours RFP.

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time,  Thursday, October 22, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday September 28, 2026 after 10:00 A.M., Boston time. 

Completed documents must be submitted as follows: One (1) signed original and Two (2) copies

of the Non-Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope(s) labeled “2027 Historic Cemetery

Tours RFP- Non-Price Proposal”. One (1) signed original of the Price Proposal must be

submitted in a separate envelope labeled “2027 Historic Cemetery Tours RFP – Price Proposal”.

Both the Non-Price Proposal and Price Proposal must be received by 12:00PM on October 22, 2026.
