OLMSTED VILLAGE MASTER DEVELOPER MASSWORKS
The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to perform construction services for “Olmsted Village Master Developer Mass works”. The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, §39M, and c. 149, as may be amended.
Electronic plans and documents are available upon contacting Frederick Berry of Nitsch Engineering at fberry@nitscheng.com on March 16, 2026 after 10:00 AM with your name, phone number, email address and company address at which time, Nitsch Engineering will provide an electronic link to the Plans and documents.
All responses to this IFB must be returned no later before 1:00 PM on Friday, April 3, 2026, to: Office of the Civil Engineer, Nitsch Engineering, Inc. at 2 Center Plaza, Suite 430, Boston, MA 02108.
