MILDRED HAILEY MASSWORKS SUBPHASE 2 – ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AND BUILDING DEMOLITION MILDRED HAILEY DEVELOPMENT BUILDING 16, BOSTON, MA

The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to perform construction services for “Mildred Hailey MassWorks Subphase 2 – Bid for Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Mildred Hailey Development Building 16, Boston, MA”. The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, as may be amended.

Electronic plans and documents are available upon contacting Ammar Dieb of Universal Environmental Consultants at adieb@uec-env.com on Thursday December 11, 2025, after 10:00 AM with your name, phone number, email address and company address at which time, Universal Environmental Consultants will provide an electronic link to the Plans and documents.

All responses to this IFB must be returned no later 3:30 PM on Monday, January 5, 2026, to: Universal Environmental Consultants, Attn: Ammar Dieb, at 12 Brewster Road, Framingham, MA 01702.
