OUTREACH AND RECRUITMENT FOR THE BOSTON CLIMATE JOBS ALLIANCE

The City of Boston Office of Workforce Development (“OWD”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to perform service description services for the “Outreach and Recruitment for the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance.” With this RFP, OWD is seeking a partner with expertise in workforce development and community outreach to help build awareness and advance recruitment for the training and employment opportunities offered by the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance (“Alliance”), and support all Alliance stakeholders in the development of a broader, more inclusive training and hiring ecosystem for family-sustaining coastal and climate resilience occupations.

This RFP package will be available for download in digital print form on the BPDA Procurement Portal free of charge to all interested respondents on Monday, September 22, 2025, 9:00 A.M. at bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement-portal. Organizations interested in bidding on the RFP are strongly encouraged to participate in the scheduled Pre-Proposal Q&A Conference Call on Thursday, September 25, at 10:00 AM, which will be held on Zoom. The link to register for the Pre-Proposal Q&A Conference Call is available on the RFP and OWD website: boston.gov/owd-grantmaking.

All responses to this RFP must be returned no later than 5:00 PM on October 8, 2025
