LINDEN ROAD, WEST ROXBURY RFP

The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal real property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property.  

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program. 

This Property is being offered “As Is” without warrant of any kind, express or implied. 

The Property:

Linden Rd, West Roxbury Boston (Ward 20 Parcel 10991000) approximately 1,366 total square feet. 

The RFP package will be available July 14, 2025 and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.  

Questions regarding the RFP are due no later than August 11, 2025, and shall be submitted as specified in the RFP.

Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by August 18, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM.
