1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the November 14, 2019, meeting.

2. Request authorization to enter into a lease extension with Haymarket Parcel 9 Investor, LLC for the continued use of approximately 3,000 square feet on the fifth floor of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to amend and restate the lease with Jamestown I Design Place for One Design Center Place within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park to allow necessary changes for the continued operation of the Design Center showroom uses to allow new first floor and rooftop tenant amenities; to establish new financial considerations, to extend the term; and to take all related actions.
