  1. BUSINESS MEETING NOTICE AT: 10:00AM

The City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeal will hold a business meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 10:00 AM in order to discuss action included in Mayor Walsh’s Executive Order of February 24, 2020, An Executive Order Relative to the Zoning Board of Appeal. A copy of the Executive Order can be found

The purpose of the business meeting is for the Board to consider and discuss the creation of written policies, protocols, procedures and/or regulations which, in the judgment of the Board, will facilitate the efficient, predictable conduct of its proceedings and decision-making.

In accordance with Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Executive Order modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law and relieving public bodies of certain requirements, including the requirement that public bodies conduct meetings in a public place that is open and physically accessible to the public, the Board of Appeal will be conducting this hearing remotely via an online meeting platform. This enables the Board to carry out its responsibilities while adhering to public health recommendations and ensuring public access to its deliberations through adequate, alternative means.
