Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency

1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the May 14, 2019 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to execute an amended Ground Lease with TS Partners LLC for the redevelopment and use of Parcel R located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park to assign the lease to RBK; establish a fee for additional on-site parking; to allow 15,000 square feet of first floor food service/restaurant space of the Phase II building.

3. Request authorization to extend the License Agreement with the Mass. Iraq and Afghanistan Fallen Heroes Memorial Fund for the continued use of 3,495 square feet of storage in Cages B11, B13 and B14; limited use of the loading dock area located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to re-advertise and re-issue a Request for Proposals to redevelop a BPDA owned building located at 24 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to approve the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston FY20 Budget.
