    1.    Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the February 15, 2024, Board Meeting.

    LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

    2.    Request authorization to (1) enter into a License Agreement with 22 Drydock, LLC to conduct pre-development activities at 20 and 22 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, and (2) enter into a three-party License Agreement between the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning and Development Agency, 22 Drydock, LLC, and NStar Electric d/b/a Eversource Energy, to permit the installation of a temporary transformer to aid in the execution of pre-development activities.

    3.    Request authorization to enter into an Easement Agreement with NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for the installation of electrical distribution lines at the Development Site known as 20 Drydock Avenue and 22 Drydock Avenue in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    4.    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Mass. Bay Brewing Company, Inc., to reopen the outdoor hospitality space on Parcel S-3 and Parcel S-2 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, and host HUB Sports Boston adult sports leagues and “Mr. Swindles Travelling Peculiarium and Drink-Ory Garden” on Parcel S-3. 

    5.    Request authorization to extend the License Agreement with Deacon Transportation d/b/a Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston, to use BPDA-owned property located in proximity to the Flynn Cruiseport Boston for the operation of a Trolley Stop Program anticipated to run concurrently with the official Massachusetts Port Authority “Port of Call” cruise ship schedule.
