Strand Theater Boiler Room
The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.
Bids shall be on a form supplied by PMD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder.
Plans and Specifications may be obtained electronically by emailing BLW Engineers, Inc. at bidding@blwengineers.com and on the City’s Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013408 beginning after 11:00 A.M. on Monday, February 5, 2024.
THE SCOPE OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications includes the following: Strand Theater Boiler Room - 543 Columbia Road, Boston, MA.
A site visit is scheduled for February 15, 2024, at 10:00AM at the Project site located at 543 Columbia Road, Boston, MA Representatives from PMD and BLW Engineers, Inc. will be on-site to meet with prospective bidders.
Bids can be filed electronically on or before 12:00 P.M. on February 22, 2024, at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M.
