Project Goals

This is a $2,000,000 Grant which will be used by Greater Boston Community Land Trust Network, convened and managed by Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative. $1,500,000 of the grant funds will seed an Acquisition Loan Fund for GBCLTN members. The Acquisition Loan Fund will be operated in partnership with LEAF, a Community Development Financial Institution. $500,000 of the grant funds will be deployed to support activities by GBCLTN that enhance the capabilities of Community Land Trusts in Boston. In June 2030, a $430,000 increase to the grant will be utilized to stabilize and prevent the foreclosure of 29 Monadnock Street.
