K-6 Conversion Renovations at Mozart Elementary School

IFBs will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: K-6 Conversion Renovations at Mozart Elementary School, 236 Beech Street, Roslindale, MA 02131

The scope of the work, in general, is not limited to Demolition of selected walls, doors, and miscellaneous electrical. Installation of new GWB partitions, base, flooring, door and frame, and painting. Relocation/removal of furniture. Replacement/relocation of lighting. Replacement of plumbing fixtures. Installation of white board. Installation of new door and room number signage. Installation of electrical items.

FILED SUB-BIDS for a sub-trade designated in Item 2 of the form for general bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2^nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before twelve o’clock noon (Boston time) on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted

Filed Sub-bid trade(s) Bidders are hereby notified a site viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, 11th at two O’clock at Mozart Elementary School, 236 Beech Street, Roslindale, MA 02131

Filed Sub-bid trade (s): Painting.

General Bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2^nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before twelve o’clock noon (Boston time) on Monday, May 30, 2022, at which time and place respective bids will be opened and read aloud.

A Pre-Bid Site Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Mozart Elementary School, 236 Beech Street, Roslindale, MA 02131.  Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. 

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, May 02, 2022, after 9:00 A.M. Boston time.
