Magda Carr
Magda joined the Office of Food Justice in April 2020 as a Program Manager. Magda works to increase health resources and access to quality and nutritious food. She understands that food is a key social determinant of health.
She spent her adolescent years around agriculture helping her family farm. Her experience provided a deep understanding of how to improve a food system. It helped her focus on the population and the eco system's well being.
Magda holds an MS in Project Management from Northeastern University. Magda enjoys biking, running, and volunteering for various development programs in her community.
