Refinishing BCYF Tobin and Roche Community Center Floors

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for the performance of refinishing of gym floors at BCYF Tobin Community Center on 1481 Tremont Street, at the Roche Community Center, 1716 Centre Street, West Roxbury as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.

Bid package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013482 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 26, 2023.  The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.

THE INDIVIDUAL SCOPE(S) OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: screening, recoating and refinishing of BCYF community center gym floors.

The City has arranged for a site visit for all prospective contractors on January 14, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. at the Tobin Community Center, 1481 Tremont Street, Boston, immediately followed by a site visit at the Roche Community Center, 1716 Centre Street, West Roxbury.

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201on or before 12:00 P.M. on January 11, 2024.
