General Consulting and Actuarial Services for Health Benefits and Insurance

The City of Boston (“City”), acting through the Health Benefits Office, requests proposals from qualified bidders that can provide General Consulting and Actuarial services for the City’s Health Benefits and Insurance Office. 

 

The City intends to award one or two three-year contracts to be effective as of July 1st, 2023. This contract is procured under the provisions of MGL Chapter 30B.

The RFP may be obtained on or after March 20, 2023, from the City’s purchasing website and Supplier Portal (http://boston.gov/procurement) under EV00011935 or by e-mail to Emma Bletzer. 

All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 pm EST on April 12, 2023. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately according to the RFP directions. 

The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents.
