2024 Seasonal Mobile Outdoor Hospitality Opportunity with Alcohol Service (i.e. “Beer Garden”)

The City of Boston, acting by and through the Fund for Parks and Recreation c/o Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for the performance of the services generally described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents. The Documents shall be available at the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118 on January 15, 2024, or available on the City of Boston website at boston.gov/procurement.

 

This contract is procured under the provision of Ch. 45§5A.

All sealed proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the documents. The completed document package must be submitted as follows: One (1) signed Original Price Proposal and three (3) copies of the Non-Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope labeled: 2024 Seasonal Mobile Outdoor Hospitality Opportunity with Alcohol Service (i.e. “Beer Garden”)

All proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118.

The contract awarded pursuant to this Request for Proposals shall be for a term of one (1) year, with the option of a 1year renewal, commencing on or about June 16, 2024, and ending on or about September 8, 2024. 

Scheduled site visits will be held as stated in the Request for Proposals.
