Dorchester: 41 Bicknell Street Abutters Meeting
Change the legal occupancy from four residential units to a building with five residential units and a building management office with a bath in the basement incidental to the main use. The five units already exist and the building has been five units for many years. The existing and proposed plans are the same. All Fire restoration work performed under permit # SF1802671 to rough inspection to date.
The purpose of this meeting is to get community input and listen to the resident's positions on this proposal. This is a virtual meeting via Zoom.
