REFINANCING and SUBORDINATION POLICY
Policy on refinancing and subordination of MOH loans and mortgages.
APPLICATION FOR LOAN SUBORDINATION
Application to request a subordination of an MOH mortgage, including a checklist of required documents.
LOAN STANDARDS
If you are receiving homebuyer or homeowner assistance from MOH, purchasing a deed-restricted unit, or seeking a subordination of an MOH mortgage, your new loan must comply with these standards.
AFFIRMATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH MORTGAGE COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS
Some of our loans are partially forgivable. To qualify for forgiveness, you will need to sign and notarize this form.
CASH FLOW CALCULATION FORM
Some of our development loans require annual cash flow payments. This form must be filled out and returned with the borrower's annual financial statements.
STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH INSPECTIONAL SERVICES
If you are taking out a loan for home repairs or renovations you may need to get this signed by the Inspectional Services Department before MOH will agree to subordinate a loan.
